How the Program Works
The program features high energy tennis
movement and technical shot drills. All drills
are always tennis specific which makes the
workouts more interesting and means participants
will improve their tennis as well as fitness.
The categories are:
- Warm ups including partner throwing ball
drills.
- Footwork patterns including ladders.
- Tennis Aerobics that include Tennis
Skipping and Boxing done to high energy
music.
- Strength that includes, tennis squats
and lunges while practicing stances and
backswings, abs and bands all done to slow
music.
- The Bailey Method’s modern contact moves
- 24 Offensive, Rally and Defensive
- Forehand and Backhands plus Serves,
Volleys and Smashes.
- Flexibility with all David’s favourite
stretches for tennis players.
30-90 minutes of fun, high energy fitness
drills done individually, in pairs or in teams
to specially chosen music tracks that will
include your rock and dance favourites from the
1980s, 1990s and 2000s.
The Tennis Blast program is complete with a 175
drill fitness program that is “Tennis Specific.”
The Blast Fitness Program’s target market is
Adult Fitness. Initially in Australia and then
very quickly worldwide.
